† DD PET ADOPTION© is a service that specializes in animal rescue, fostering, and adoption. If you pay an application fee, make a donation, or purchase products, you are donating to, paying administration costs, or purchasing products from our company, as well as any other products or services either from DD PET ADOPTION© or a 3rd party.

† If you have a problem with the products or services of a 3rd party, please contact that company directly. DD PET ADOPTION© assumes no responsibility for any losses or damages occurring from any such sale of any 3rd party products or services.

† DD PET ADOPTION© does not sell pets. DD PET ADOPTION© only adopts out pets to our clients, take donations to cover the costs of operations as well as caring for the pets from the time we receive them until adoption, and offer merchandise for sale to raise more money for our non-profit.

† DD PET ADOPTION© bases all transactions on the information provided. DD PET ADOPTION© accepts no responsibility for any damages that arise out of a consumer, customer, or client falsifying information provided to our company.

† All contracts are in writing, no expressed or implied warranties will apply or be granted by DD PET ADOPTION©.

† If provided a login for any reason, You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or theft of your account or any other breach of security (and to provide properly documented evidence as reasonably requested by us). As the account holder, you are responsible for any and all actions taken by any person that has attained access to your account.

† You are solely responsible for obtaining the equipment and telecommunication services necessary to access the services, and all fees associated therewith (such as computing devices and Internet service provider and airtime charges).
